Yes! We provide convenient on-site parking for all studio rentals. Our studio is also on the ground floor for easy entry.

Absolutely. We just ask that you notify us in advance so we can confirm the pieces fit the space and won’t cause damage. Larger items may require additional setup coordination.

Please plan ahead when scheduling your session. Any additional time will be charged based on our Terms & Conditions and billed at our standard hourly rates.

Yes! We work with an incredible network of talented creators, including photographers, videographers, podcast producers, stylists, and content creators. Yes! Social Arch Studio offers monthly and yearly membership plans designed for creators, professionals, and brands who want to show up consistently. $97 a month, or $970 for the year (2 months free!)

Yes, but they must stay in the designated entry coffee bar and back coffee bar areas. Food and drinks are not permitted in styled studio rooms unless approved in advance.

For everyone’s safety, Social Arch Studio maintains the following rules:

• No open flames such as candles, incense, or sparklers

• No weapons of any kind are allowed in the studio

• All activities must comply with local, state, and federal laws

• Unsafe, damaging, or disruptive behavior is prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund

Studio bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance. If canceled less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, a no-show fee may apply. Please review our Terms & Conditions for complete details.

Please notify us immediately if anything is broken, stained, or damaged during your booking. Depending on the situation, a cleaning or replacement fee may apply as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

Yes, common areas are monitored by video surveillance to ensure safety and compliance with studio policies.

No rollovers, friend! Your complimentary 2-hour rental refreshes every month — kinda like a creative reset button. Once the month’s over, the credit disappears so we can keep things fair and the calendar open for everyone.to book prime time slots.

Yes, we have it available as a add-on to your bookings if needed.

Yes — you can absolutely start monthly and switch to the annual Creator Pass later. Just contact us at hello@socialarchstudio.com when you’re ready to upgrade, and we’ll get you set up with the yearly plan (and those two free months).
